I am a PhD student in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, specializing in health economics.

My research focuses on Medicaid, social safety net programs, and their interactions. I study how public insurance programs and other safety net policies shape program participation, access to care, and health outcomes.
