I am a PhD candidate in Health Economics and Policy in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. I am on the 2026–27 academic job market and expect to defend my dissertation in May 2027.
I study how the design of public programs shapes access to care, health, and economic well-being for the people they serve. My work spans the ACA marketplaces, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and SNAP. Prior to my PhD, I was a pre-doctoral fellow at the Tobin Center for Economic Policy at Yale University.
